Job summary

The Osborne Association seeks a part-time ERI Mentor to support 50+ individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community. The role uses Critical Time Intervention to guide planning, housing, benefits, and connections to services.

A collaborative team will provide supervision and ensure fidelity to CTI throughout three phases. This position requires strong mentorship and case management skills, with a schedule of 28 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in New York.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent with 1–2 years of related experience in mentorship, counseling, or case management.
• Experience with structured, evidence-based approaches is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor approximately 16 older adults through CTI phases to promote successful reentry.
• Develop Phase Plans targeting housing, employment, and health needs.
• Coordinate with clinical team and community partners to ensure warm handoffs.
