You will coordinate activities across partner institutions, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track timelines to ensure alignment of research, policy, and advocacy workstreams.

The role requires 3–5 years of project coordination experience in education or nonprofit settings, excellent organization, and the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or operations.
• Familiarity with higher education institutions.
• Experience working across institutions or sectors.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time role.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across partner institutions, including Northeastern and collaborators.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities across multiple workstreams.
• Schedule, support, and attend leadership and cross-partner meetings.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and action-item summaries.
• Facilitate and manage collaboration across research, policy, and advocacy workstreams.
• Maintain documentation of activities, decisions, and progress; assist reporting.
