Qualifications

• Experience conducting human subjects research.

• Highly organized with reliable work habits.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; at least one year in a lab.
• Master's degree desirable but not required.
• Yoga teacher training certification desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Compose and modify IRB protocols.
• Develop and post recruitment advertisements.
• Screen and schedule potential participants.
• Maintain recruitment database (RedCap, etc.).
• Conduct research study visits.
• Code analyses in R, MATLAB, Python.
• Literature review and scientific products.
• Develop relationships within the Boston community to recruit participants.
• Develop outreach activities and workshops to recruit study participants.
• Explain complex scientific constructs to relevant audiences.
• Summarize empirical research papers for online publications.
• Leverage social media for lab projects and dissemination.
• Design and lead group discussion and physical activity classes for participants.
