Northeastern University’s Massachusetts Early Childhood Policy Research Collaborative is seeking a part-time Project Coordinator at the Boston campus to serve as the operational lead. You will coordinate activities across partner institutions, support leadership decision‑making, manage timelines and workflows, and ensure consistent follow‑through so initiatives move forward efficiently and cohesively.

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood, education, public policy, social sciences, or a related field.
• Familiarity with higher education institutions.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑up skills.
• Experience working across institutions or sectors (academia, nonprofits, government).
• Ability to work independently in a part‑time role.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate activities across partner institutions, including Northeastern University, Wellesley College, Boston University, and external partners.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities across multiple workstreams.
• Schedule, support, and attend leadership group meetings, working group meetings, and cross‑partner check‑ins.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and action‑item summaries to ensure follow‑through.
• Facilitate and help manage collaborations with policy and research partners and engage stakeholders.
• Support development and maintenance of operational systems, onboarding materials, and processes for new partners and projects.
• Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries related to the Collaborative’s operations.
• Provide logistical and project management support for initiatives, including the annual summit.
• Maintain documentation of activities and progress; assist reporting related to grant funding.
• Assist leadership in tracking progress toward short‑ and long‑term goals.
