Job summary

Catapult Learning, Inc. is seeking part-time Early Literacy Tutors in Danvers, MA. You will provide contracted instructional services in reading, mathematics, and writing with our proven curriculum to support student achievement. Roles are available year-round or part-time to fit your schedule.

The position emphasizes mentorship, advocacy for students, and collaboration with schools and families. Compensation is hourly, with professional development opportunities provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Non-licensed tutors: associate degree or 48 semester hours completed.
• Licensed tutors: MA state teaching license or equivalent credential.
• Tutors must complete FBI/BCI background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose learning skill deficits and deliver prescribed instructional methods.
• Consult with school personnel to coordinate services for students.
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians.
• Deliver instruction using company-designed materials and strategies.
• Attend training and implement designated instructional models in reading, math, and/or writing.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Supervise students and ensure safe arrival and departure from sessions.
• Maintain student forms and files as required.
