Catapult Learning is seeking an Early Literacy Tutor (Part-Time) in Franklin, MA. You will provide contracted instructional services in reading, mathematics, and writing, tailored to individual student needs, under Catapult Learning’s supported framework.

The role offers compensation at $35 per hour, with plentiful options for professional development and ongoing support from supervisors and teachers. Flexible scheduling supports summer and school-year work.

Qualifications

• Non-licensed tutors: associate degree (or 2 years of study, 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours).
• Licensed tutors: MA State-credentialed teachers.
• Tutors must complete an FBI/BCI background check.
• Teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose learning skill deficits and deliver prescribed methods.
• Consult with school personnel to coordinate services.
• Communicate progress to parents.
