Catapult Learning seeks an Early Literacy Tutor to support students part-time in Northbridge, MA. You’ll deliver reading, math, and writing instruction using our proven curriculum and collaborate with schools and families. This role emphasizes advocacy, mentorship, and our instructional toolkit.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree or higher, complete a background check, and bring enthusiasm for helping students grow. Flexible, year-round opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or higher) from an accredited institution
• Two years of college with 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours
• FBI/BCI background check required
• Teaching experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose learning skill deficits and apply prescribed instructional delivery methods
• Coordinate with school personnel to provide services to students
• Communicate progress to parents
• Deliver prescribed instructional delivery methods using company materials
• Attend training and meetings with supervisors, teachers, and parents
• Maintain student forms and files as required by the Company and agencies
• Attend and document meetings/trainings with Company Supervisors and school staff
• Maintain inventory of educational materials and supplies
