Job summary

Osseo Area Schools ISD 279 is seeking Educational Support Professionals for a Blast Wrap Around Care Program serving four-year-old students. This part-time role runs Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. during the school year, with a guaranteed minimum for non-school days as needed.

Responsibilities include supervising children, leading activities, and collaborating with instructors to provide a safe, inclusive learning environment. Prior experience with early childhood is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with four-year-old children preferred.
• Ability to lead groups and support structured activities.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children in the program at all times.
• Lead or assist with activities and transitions.
• Ensure safety and well‑being of children; maintain clean, welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with instructors and program leaders; communicate with families.
