Job summary

Milaca Public Schools is seeking a Wrap Around Care Aide to support children ages 3 and 4 in a caring, fast-paced environment. You will guide activities, assist with setup, and help maintain safety and well-being during program hours.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid certification, and ideally one year of child experience. Schedule varies up to 20 hours weekly with school-year terms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current first aid and CPR certification, or willingness to become certified.
• One year experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supervises planned activities for ages 3–4.
• Assist in preparing classroom materials and supplies.
• Maintain safety and health regulations and provide first aid when needed.
• Greet parents and children; communicate with coordinator and supervisor.
• Oversee daily program operations in coordinator's absence.
• Other duties as assigned.
