Job summary

Richcroft, Inc. is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Floater in Residential Services in Carroll County. The role involves hands-on care, assisting with daily living activities, community participation, and transportation for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The position includes a base rate of $22/hr with a $1/hr weekend differential (total $23/hr). The DSP will help with personal hygiene, planning, cooking, cleaning, documenting progress, and supporting

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to transport individuals supported as needed.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with participation and exploration of community activities.
• Cultivate and expand independent living skills.
• Provide assistance with personal care, activities, outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning.
• Assist in developing meaningful relationships with individuals supported.
• Complete required documentation (incident reports, progress notes, behavior data, etc.).
• Administer and record medications per State/Agency requirements when applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
