Job summary

Richcroft, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Harford County/Fallston Summit to provide hands-on care for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role covers Saturday and Sunday 8am–3pm, every other weekend, with a weekend shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or GED.
• Current driver’s license with clean record.
• Must be able to transport people supported as needed.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community participation and outings.
• Develop independent living skills for individuals.
• Support with personal hygiene, activities, shopping, cooking, and cleaning.
• Foster meaningful relationships with individuals supported.
• Complete required documentation (incident reports, progress notes, behavior data, etc.).
• Administer and record medications as required by state/agency guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
