Job summary

Richcroft, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Personal Supports Specialist (DSP) to provide hands-on care for individuals with developmental disabilities in the North Harford area.

The role includes assisting with hygiene, meals, outings, social activities, shopping, planning, and home duties to promote independence. Responsibilities include supporting daily living skills, attending social groups, and helping individuals engage in meaningful activities while ensuring safety and respect.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Current driver’s license with fewer than three points on record.
• Willingness to obtain Med Tech Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participation in at-home and community activities.
• Assist with cooking, shopping, cleaning and transportation as needed.
• Encourage social engagement and independent living skills.
