Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license for the preceding 12 months.
• Travel up to 20% of the time to branches, training or events.
• Ability to relate to diverse people calmly and effectively.
• Working knowledge of Indiana driving laws.
• Ability to process cash and card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Administer skill tests and evaluate driving skills.
• Assist customers with vehicle titles and registrations.
• Process front-line transactions for customers.
• Maintain privacy of customer records.
• Attend training classes and certification tests as required.
• May substitute for other Customer Service Representatives as needed.
