Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license for at least the preceding 12 month period.
• Travel up to 20% to branch locations, training, or community activities.
• Calm, patient, and able to relate to diverse people and situations.
• Familiar with operations of motor vehicles and Indiana driving laws.
• High level of critical thinking and troubleshooting.
• Ability to process cash and card transactions.
• A degree is not required; HS Diploma or HSE is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer skill tests and evaluate driving skills.
• Assist customers with vehicle/watercraft titles and registration needs.
• Maintain compliance with Indiana laws for vehicle operations, licensure and registration.
• Attend training classes and take certification tests as required.
• Maintain privacy of customer records.
• Substitute for Customer Service Representatives as needed.
