Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors; ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and maintain records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and records.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement changes.
• Work various shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
