Job summary

BioLife is offering a part-time role at our plasma center in Virginia. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with early interview confirmation of availability. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and maintain donor records in our system while ensuring safety and quality in every interaction.

Interested candidates should be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Paid training is provided as you begin, and benefits are available through BioLife’s program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and records in the Donor Information System.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and coordinate donor compensation.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
