Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education; master's preferred.
5 or more years of successful teaching experience.
Prior instructional coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assists with curriculum development and implementation.
Guides the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals.
Provides guidance to instructional staff on instructional methods and materials that are appropriate for meeting district/school vision and mission.
Models/co-teaches in classrooms as needed.
Maintains accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulation.
Continues personal professional growth and upgrading of skills.
Attends and conducts workshops, conferences, and seminars.
Performs other duties as assigned by the principal or other administration.
