Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Ohio seeks a part-time Program Director to help lead and grow the LifeWise program in your community. About 15-20 hours per week during school hours, with occasional weekend events, you will build relationships with schools, churches and families while representing LifeWise.

You will coordinate fundraising activities, manage scheduling, enrollment, budgeting support, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, nonprofit, education or community leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead volunteers and teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
• Coordinate communities to ensure classes run smoothly and safely.
