Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Ohio is seeking a part-time Program Director to help grow and lead the LifeWise program within the local community. You will build partnerships with schools, parents, churches, and community members, and serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy.

You will coordinate fundraising efforts, lead donor communications, and manage team members while maintaining program operations and compliance with LifeWise procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education or community outreach preferred.
• Ability to recruit and support volunteers and staff.
• Comfort communicating vision to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Coordinate fundraising efforts and donor communications.
• Recruit, train and support program team members.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic admin.
• Ensure compliance with LifeWise procedures.
