Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Ohio is seeking a part-time Program Director to help grow our LifeWise program within the local community. You will lead relationship-building efforts with schools, churches and families while coordinating fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship.

You will recruit and support a Christ-centered team, oversee scheduling and enrollment, and ensure compliance with school policies as part of a collaborative leadership role in a ministry-focused nonprofit.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community
• Communicate the vision and impact of the program
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship
• Conduct church presentations, fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities and community outreach initiatives
• Encourage ongoing financial partnerships to help sustain and grow the program
• Utilize the LifeWise Academy fundraising strategies
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members
• Foster a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture for students and families
• Coordinate teams to ensure classes run smoothly and safely
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks
• Assist with budgeting, fundraising coordination and stewardship of resources
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures
