Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a part-time Program Director to lead a local LifeWise program in Ohio. You will build relationships with schools, churches, families and community leaders, and coordinate fundraising efforts and donor stewardship.

You will recruit and coach team members, foster a Christ-centered culture, and oversee operations like scheduling and enrollment while aligning with school policies and LifeWise procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising or community engagement is helpful.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to recruit, train and support volunteers or staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and donor communication.
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members and foster a safe, welcoming culture.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks; assist with budgeting and stewardship.
