Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Ohio seeks a Program Director to lead and grow its LifeWise program in the community. You will build relationships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members while communicating the vision and impact of the program.

You will oversee fundraising, recruit and support volunteers, coordinate classes, enrollment, budgeting and compliance. The role is part-time (roughly 15–20 hours per week) with weekday daytime availability and occasional events.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Communicate the vision and impact of the LifeWise Academy program.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members.
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures.
