Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a part-time Program Director to help grow the LifeWise program within the local community in Ohio. You will build partnerships with schools, churches and families, lead fundraising efforts and donor stewardship, and guide teams to deliver safe, biblical instruction.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, leadership, and operational oversight, with part-time hours (~15–20 per week) and daytime availability during school hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration or volunteer coordination is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with schools, parents, churches and community members.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns.
• Recruit, train and support team members; foster a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture for students and families.
• Oversee enrollment, scheduling, budgeting and basic program administration.
• Ensure classes run smoothly and safely and that LifeWise Academy procedures are followed.
