Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Ohio is seeking a part-time Program Director to help lead and grow the LifeWise program in the community. You will develop partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and members while representing LifeWise Academy locally.

You will coordinate fundraising efforts, steward donors, and recruit and train team members. The role includes scheduling, enrollment support and basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members.
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures.
