Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a Part-Time Program Director in Ohio to lead and grow the LifeWise program within the community. The role focuses on developing partnerships with schools, parents, churches and local members while representing LifeWise Academy with integrity and clarity of vision.

You’ll also coordinate fundraising, donor relations and community outreach, recruit and coach team members, and manage scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry or community leadership is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.
• Love building relationships and bringing people together.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community.
• Communicate the vision and impact of the program.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members.
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
• Assist with budgeting, fundraising coordination and stewardship of resources.
