Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) in Sandstone, MN is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help adults with disabilities and mental illness live their best lives. No prior experience or certifications are required to get started, and you will join a supportive, person-centered team.

The role offers 15–25 hours per week with shifts from 7am to 9pm and every other weekend. Compensation is $18.75–$19.25 per hour, with benefits for full-time staff and opportunities for training,

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must pass post-offer background check.
• Valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with disabilities and mental illness with daily activities.
• Provide medication administration and personal hygiene support as needed.
• Perform household tasks and assist with community activities.
• Build meaningful relationships in a person-centered care environment.
