Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our adult foster care home in Duluth, MN. You will help adults with disabilities and mental illness live fulfilling lives, with no prior experience required to start.

Shifts are primarily 2:00pm–10:00pm with some mornings and every other weekend. RSI offers health and dental insurance, a 403(b) plan, PTO, paid training, a $500 refer-a-friend bonus, and more as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or certifications required to get started in this field.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with disabilities and mental illness with day-to-day tasks including personal care and household duties.
• Support medication administration and medical cares as needed.
• Help participants engage in community activities and social events.
• Build meaningful relationships and contribute to a person-centered culture.
