Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) in Duluth, MN is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals to support adults with disabilities in our foster care homes. No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided and scheduling is flexible.

As a DSP, you will assist with daily living, medication administration, household tasks, and community activities. Shifts typically 4–8 hours, with coverage across weekdays and weekends to support residents 24/7.

Qualifications

• Pass post-offer background check
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check (if working days/evenings)

Responsibilities

• Assist in medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, personal hygiene, and medical care; support community activities and outings.
• Duties may include coordinating daily living tasks based on residents' needs and goals, with shifts typically 4–8 hours and 24/7 coverage.
