No prior experience or certifications are required to start. The role offers a supportive team, flexible shifts of 4–8 hours, and the opportunity to grow within RSI's state-wide services.

Qualifications

• To pass a post-offer background check.
• A valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR check if working days or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with disabilities and mental illness with day-to-day tasks.
• Provide medication administration and household duties as needed.
• Support personal hygiene, medical cares, and community activities.
• Build meaningful relationships within a person-centered culture.
