Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Princeton, MN to help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best lives. No prior experience required; training provided.

Duties include a range of day-to-day supportive tasks and fostering a person-centered environment. The DSP will work 4–8 hour shifts, primarily in the afternoons and weekends, with a driver’s license requirement and compliance with background checks and program
