Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) in Sandstone, MN is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help adults with disabilities and mental illness live their best lives. No prior experience or certifications are required to get started, and you will join a supportive, person-centered team.

The role offers 15–25 hours per week with shifts from 7am to 9pm and every other weekend. Compensation is $18.75–$19.25 per hour, with benefits for full-time staff and opportunities for training,

Position offers; 15 - 25 hoursper/week with shifts scheduled between 7am -9pm, and every other weekend shifts required. Salary: $18.75-$19.25 per hour

What You’ll do as a DSP:

As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. You will assist in a variety of day-to-day tasks based on the needs and goals of the people you are caring for. Duties may include medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, assistance with personal hygiene and medical cares, and community activities such as shopping, concerts, going out to eat, movies, fitness, outdoor recreation, and more. You will develop meaningful relationships and be part of a person-centered culture that values the people we support and team members.

Your schedule will typically include 4–8-hour shifts with hours scheduled during the week and every other weekend. We support people 24/7 and have a variety of shift times available.

For this position you will need:
