Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) in Duluth, MN is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist adults with disabilities in our foster care homes. No prior experience or certifications are required; you will provide compassionate, reliable care and help residents live their best lives.

Shifts are typically 4–8 hours with weekday and every-other-weekend coverage. RSI offers hourly wages of $18.75–$19.25, plus potential premiums and a range of benefits and training opportunities.
