No prior experience or certifications are required; you will provide compassionate, reliable care and help residents live their best lives.

Shifts are typically 4–8 hours with weekday and every-other-weekend coverage. RSI offers hourly wages of $18.75–$19.25, plus potential premiums and a range of benefits and training opportunities.

• Assist in day-to-day tasks for individuals with disabilities and mental illness, including medication administration, household duties, and community activities.
• Develop meaningful relationships within a person-centered culture and participate in their daily care and support.
