MARC, Inc. of Manchester is seeking a Direct Support Professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities in our group homes in Manchester, CT.

This part-time role offers flexible hours including nights and weekends and requires a compassionate, reliable candidate ready to contribute to daily living tasks and personal growth. Responsibilities include assisting with home management, nutrition, finances, and medical needs, while ensuring residents’ rights and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CT driver’s license with vehicle, CT registration and insurance required for driving responsibilities.
• CPR, First Aid, PMT and Medication Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide staff and natural supports to each person served and implement services.
• Help individuals participate in the community using natural supports.
• Assist with home care, finances, nutrition, and medical needs as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Group Home Manager on goals for residents.
