Job summary

Access Services is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time roles supporting adults with developmental disabilities in Hatboro, Warminster, Richboro and Southampton. Shifts on weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM, with paid training provided and no experience required.

You will assist individuals in homes and community settings, following care plans, maintaining notes, and engaging in development opportunities. Eligible employees earn PTO, 401(k) match, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Ability to provide personal care.
• Proficiency with common workplace software and basic hardware concepts.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support Professionals will assist individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities in the region where you serve.
• Provide supports as outlined in the individual’s plan of care using approved interventions.
• Maintain appropriate case notes for the individuals served.
• Engage in supervision, training, and professional development.
