Job summary

Access Services is seeking a caring Direct Support Professional (Part-Time) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Hatboro, Warminster, Richboro and Southampton. Shifts are weekdays 9AM–6PM. Paid training provided; benefits include PTO, 401(k) match, and more.

No experience is required, but a valid PA driver’s license and reliable vehicle are needed. The role focuses on helping individuals flourish in home and community settings, with independence and meaningful daily

Qualifications

• Background checks and driving history record required.
• Background checks and physical examination may be required as part of ongoing criteria.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities in their homes or in the community as outlined in their plan of care.
• Provide supports including crisis management, emotional support, and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain appropriate case notes and participate in supervision and training.
