Job summary

Access Services is seeking a caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Part-Time opportunities to support adults with developmental disabilities in the Hatboro, Warminster, Richboro and Southampton areas. Current shifts are on weekdays, 9 AM to 6 PM, with paid training provided.

You will provide hands-on support in homes and the community, helping individuals flourish, with training paid and no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Background checks, physical examination, and driving history record required.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative support and community engagement for individuals.
• Follow the plan of care using approved interventions.
• Maintain case notes for individuals served.
• Engage in supervision, training, and professional development.
