Job summary

Access Services is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time opportunities to assist adults with developmental disabilities in the Levittown, Morrisville, Langhorne, Fairless Hills, and Bristol areas. Shifts run 9AM–5PM on weekdays and Saturdays, with paid training provided.

You will help with daily living activities, provide personal care, and support residents in homes and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities.
• Willingness to complete background checks and driving history requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes or community settings.
• Provide supports per each individual’s plan of care, including crisis management and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain appropriate case notes and participate in supervision and professional development.
• Engage in community activities and documentation to support independence and safety.
