Job summary

Access Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time shifts to support adults with developmental disabilities in Hatboro, Warminster, Richboro and Southampton. You will work in homes and the community, delivering hands-on care and helping clients stay independent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Background checks and driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities in the region.
• Provide supports per care plan with approved interventions.
• Maintain appropriate case notes for the individuals served.
• Engage in supervision, training, and professional development.
• Provide personal care as needed.
