Job summary

Concordia College is seeking part-time Dining Services staff to support our dining operations in Moorhead. Roles include food service, dishwashing, sanitation, and other dining tasks, with schedules that fit around classes and commitments.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the scheduling and attendance requirements of the assigned position.
• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the assigned position.
• Previous food service, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with food preparation, service, dishwashing, sanitation, or other dining operations.

Responsibilities

• Support meal service and day-to-day Dining Services operations.
• Help prepare, serve, replenish, or organize food and beverage items as assigned.
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming serving, dining, kitchen, and dishwashing areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to students, employees, and guests.
• Work collaboratively with Dining Services staff and student employees.
• Assist with other responsibilities based on your assigned role and the needs of the department.
