Qualifications

• ServSafe course and exam within first three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dishes, silverware, pans and other equipment are cleaned and returned promptly to serving line or storage.
• Maintain supplies such as soap and rinse agents and ensure availability.
• Follow sanitation and safety standards and report issues to Dining Manager or Supervisor on Duty.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining dining room and service areas for a neat environment.
• Collaborate with student employees and coworkers to support guests.
