Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to two years of prior experience preferred, senior living experience strongly desired.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with digital tools including Microsoft Office and web-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with catering, room service, events and resident satisfaction.
• Promptly take food and beverage orders and deliver courteous service.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow food safety standards.
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables; manage daily checklists for dining areas.
• Assist with cleaning dining areas, floors, tables and chairs after meals.
• Follow recipes and knowledge of menus to ensure consistency.
• Communicate menu details to residents and families clearly.
