Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to two years of prior experience preferred, with senior living experience strongly desired.
• Relevant state or county licensure preferred, with ability to obtain licensure if required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in common digital tools, including Microsoft Office and EHR/HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver courteous, efficient table service and support daily meal service.
• Assist with catering, room service, events, and marketing functions.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and proper food safety practices.
• Clear and reset tables; manage trash and daily checklists.
• Support cost-control by minimizing waste and handling supplies responsibly.
• Communicate menu details to residents and families effectively.
• Follow infection control guidelines and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and management to resolve issues.
