Citizens National Bank is seeking a Customer Care Digital Specialist - Part-Time to handle a high volume of customer calls and outbound digital branch outreach, serving as a vital link between customers and bank staff.

This role requires 28 hours per week with shifts Monday through Saturday; 25 hours Mon-Fri between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM, one weekday off (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday), plus 3 hours on Saturday (9:00 AM–12:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries and provide resolutions promptly.
• Builds customer loyalty by establishing rapport with customers and responds professionally.
• Sends referrals to the retail banks utilizing CNB CRM software.
• Maintains open communications with branches and other departments.
• Inputs results from outbound calls and email results into the Bank CRM system.
• Uses the chat feature to communicate with customers.
