Serena & Lily, Inc. seeks a part-time Design Shop Advisor for our Westport, CT storefront. You will provide exceptional client service, offer design advice, and help drive sales through in-store and virtual appointments.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or relevant sales experience in interiors/home furnishings, relevant retail brand or client service industry.
• Excellent communication skills, willingness to engage with clients.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent on-brand client service and ability to demonstrate best practices.

Responsibilities

• Embody Serena & Lily Brand Ethos in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Create a warm, on-brand client experience in-store and via virtual design appointments.
• Provide design advice and product knowledge to contribute to brand sales goals.
• Respond quickly to client needs and coordinate with leadership as needed.
• Drive customer retention through follow-up on orders and quotes.
• Assist with receipt and merchandising to brand standards; keep selling floor stocked.
• Support trade program members and broader client base with attentive service.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Leadership.
