Job summary

Serena & Lily Chestnut Hill, MA Storefront is seeking Associates/Design Advisors to deliver best-in-class client experiences through sales, service, and design support. The role blends brand stewardship with relationship-building, in-store and via virtual design appointments, with potential full-time hours, weekend work, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or relevant sales experience
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge and design advice
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-brand client experiences through sales and service
• Provide design advice and product recommendations in store and virtually
• Maintain a welcoming, on-brand selling floor
• Support receiving shipments and merchandising
• Assist leadership and participate in trade program outreach
