Emler Swim School in Cedar Park, TX seeks a Deck Manager/Team Manager to lead the deck and pool teams, supervise hourly staff, and mentor instructors. You’ll help deliver safe, engaging lessons, celebrate student progress, and ensure smooth class operations while building a welcoming environment for families.

This role offers evenings and weekend hours, opportunities for growth, and training to become a certified swim pro.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a passion for working with children
• Positive energy, strong communication, and natural leadership
• Love helping others grow—whether that's a nervous toddler or a new teammate
• Available to work a consistent schedule, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends
• Physically active and ready to be on your feet, in the water, and moving with purpose

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on deck and in the pool
• Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor
• Celebrate student wins and observe progress in the pool
• Support families and ensure each customer feels confident and cared for
• Stay organized with scheduling, performance evaluations, and enrollment goals
• Upload safety standards and enforce a safety-first mindset
