Job summary

Emler Swim School in KINGSGATE, WA is seeking a Deck Manager/Team Manager to lead on deck and in the pool, supervise hourly staff, and mentor swim instructors to deliver safe, engaging lessons.

You will schedule shifts, support families, and help drive enrollment goals while maintaining a welcoming environment for kids and their families. Training will be provided, and opportunities to grow with the team are available.
