Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a passion for working with children.
• Positive energy, strong communication, and natural leadership.
• Loves helping others grow—whether that's a nervous toddler in the water or a new teammate.
• Available to work a consistent schedule including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.
• Physically active and able to be on your feet, in the water, and moving with purpose.
