Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing with current BLS, ACLS and NRP.
• 1 year of RN experience required; 3–5 years high-risk Labor & Delivery preferred.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• EMR experience, preferably EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Administer safe medications and provide hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers to coordinate care.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and promote safety.
