RWJBarnabas Health's Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ is seeking a Per Diem RN for Day shifts in Labor & Delivery. The role involves patient assessments, safe medication administration, and close collaboration with physicians to ensure high-quality care.

The RN will document in EPIC EMR, participate in rounds, and support smooth transitions of care. Per diem shifts run 7a–7:30p; NJ RN license with BLS/ACLS/NRP is required, and a BSN is preferred.

Formación

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Per-diem RN with L&D or acute care experience preferred.
• Experience using EPIC EMR.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and intervene early as needed.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications, treatments and hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for timely decisions.
• Educate patients and families to support informed care decisions.
• Document accurately in the EMR to promote continuity and safety.
